Artify Designs studio is an architectural interior design studio formed in August 2016 by Shailee Shah and has evolved as the best interior design studio in Gujarat. Artify designs have worked on small and large residential as well as commercial interior design projects. The principal architect and founder of Artify Designs hold a degree of bachelors in architecture from M.S University.
Shailee being a classical Bharatanatyam dancer understands that every art is linked and often adds art to the function. Every element of the design is an art which combines to form a space; she is intrigued by the art of storytelling and believes that every space has a story to tell which she communicates through her designs.
The layout of this luxury interior design studio was based on carving out spaces with different functions in one linear room without creating partitions. This house was a renovation project wherein they had this beautiful terrazzo flooring. The client was a classical dancer and wanted a
design that could resonate with her and the Indian culture. These became the basis of our designing concept and the overall design revolves around Indian elements incorporated in a modern way.
The client wanted a larger sofa that could have more seaters but instead of making a heavy and big sofa, we added an Indian sitting arrangement near the big window where one can sip on to their morning coffee. We attached a folding low-level table which connects the sitting areas and can be moved to be used as a breakfast table or to play games.

The ceiling above the dining was a special element of the space as the decorative ceiling completely separates the dining space from the living room. It was cut from the gypsum sheet and not from M.D.F to make the ceiling light and economical. The design of the house was kept vibrant and adding shades of turquoise blue to the palette made the space look fresh and vibrant.

As an architectural interior design studio, we love creating everything from scratch, designing the details and finding every small element needed for the design is what we look forward to. Designing and being a part of the execution team wherein we can experience every material and can experiment with them according to their properties. The best and our most favourite part is where we use the leftovers from the site to make home décor products, accessories and interesting lights.
