Mumbai’s Bustle Cafe with a Lively Aura

Mumbai’s hectic Borivali, hosts a phenomenal cafe and rooftop restaurant- Bustle, waving us with a space which preserves the soothing peace that the world needs.

The owner of Bustle, Sunny Rachwani is a prominent restaurateur, whose family has been deep into this industry since 40+ years. He had flourished Mumbai’s 90ft Above restaurant, which wraps around itself as a sophisticated dining area with subtle furniture. Hence, he extended his caliber in order to open the doors of Bustle, establishing an area of a playful bliss.

The cafe will allow you to even relax in it lounge, or enjoy to the fullest at its party area. The entire ambience carries a sense of opulence, giving it the royal sense of a resort. The rooftop gastropub, fills our eyes with a sustainable breeze, giving us a backdrop of the city- a quiet yet bustling environment.

The restaurant offers 100% vegetarian global food, which isn’t a common thing to see. The head Chef, Vinayak Mohite, who was perviously associated with the restaurant and bar, London Taxi and a warmly decorated gastropub, Woodside Inn, made sure that each cuisine is injected with the beauty of Indian twist and lip-smacking flavours. The menu had a roller coaster of vivid relishing dishes from Indian, Mexican, Lebanese, Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Burmese cuisines, touching onto each of their beautiful relishing air.

Bustle is also infamous for its assortment of cocktails, with sparkles of their exquisite innovation. The bar has a hypnotic charm, stringing the bridges of grandeur. A few of its celebrated drinks to try are the Casaba with dazzling melon, lime and wine, Déjà Brew with vodka, baileys and coffee, Melon Burst with a dash of melon, lime and sparkling water and many more.

If you visit the cafe, then it’s Mushroom and Truffle oil Flatbread admired with piped truffle cream cheese and black truffle oil glaze, is a must to give a try for. Other breathtaking dishes to give shot to are Guacamole On Table, hugged with fresh guacamole with crispy Togarashi Wonton. Even the Stuffed Bhavnagari Chili on a bed of Makhni Gravy, which blended Indian mirchi poppers with classic makhni gravy.

Bustle is like a break from the city, situated at the core, and invites an energetic crowd, lifting up our spirits with an embellished yet calm atmosphere.
