The grinder comes with useful accessories for cleaning and maintenance. A brush to scrub the insides of the flour outlet after use and a blower to eliminate residual powder from the inner part around the stone. A flour outlet cap is provided to avoid insects or dust to enter inside the floor outlet. Grain is ground in the traditional way, with a granite grinding stone instead of blades. Pre-milled or processed grain products are devoid of the same amount of nutrients as freshly milled flour. Most nutrients are manually stripped from the grain, whilst others are lost due to the milling process, time and exposure.
