To contrast Apartment 51 minimalist languages, modern home decor ideas and a sophisticated tone were decided upon for Apartment 52. The aim was to offer a mix that appeal to different clientele and tastes. The spaces, although similar, has been interpreted differently. With this one, the idea of personality set was elegant, sophisticated yet cosy. The dialogue between the living, entertainment and the kitchen can be witnessed through the low breakfast bench incorporated with a fully hideaway-kitchen. With interaction and contrast between natural elements and luxury pieces, Keith Pillow, the Creative Director of DAAA Malta managed to achieve an elegant, functional yet modern and contemporary décor that stands out.
To create this welcoming luxurious and cosy atmosphere, use of a mixture of textures and materials like stone, glass, natural minerals like copper and bronze finishes and high -quality woods were put together and synchronized. Given the possibility to work freely, the architectural and interior designing studio managed to personalize this project through careful attention to the details that had been set out from the beginning.
The space created through these modern home decor ideas would offer the residents various sets of experiences while giving them a sense of identity. A space to entertain friends and family together, celebrate moments whilst still having the comfort of a private zone!
The project reflects a sense of well-being through the small details used in every contemporary home accessories that one might notice while they walkthrough.

Modern home furnishings have been the very essence of APT 52. The Bedrooms furniture is by luxury brands Jesse Italia, Bonaldo spa and Riflessi, Kitchen by Modulnova Cucina, Dining furniture by Midj, Pianca, Cattelan Italia and Jesse Italia, the Living by Alberta Salotti and Jesse, Carpets by Tisca Italia, Lights by Delta, Flos, Vibia, Menu, Foscarini and Luceplan and the outdoor furniture by Atmosphera. For Bathrooms, a mix of sanitary, accessories and tiles from Globo, Treemme, Lineabeta, Kaldewei, Synergie, Grohe and Whirlpool has been used.
