The project was taken up by property development firm Ithra Dubai LLC. Although the responsibility of designing the futuristic skyscraper One Za’abeel is in the hands of Nikken Sekkei. They together built a masterpiece with two towers separated by a horizontal walkway – The Link.

Ithra Dubai LLC plays a crucial role in Dubai’s modern architecture. The firm is the same one that created the marvelous Deira Enrichment, Waterfront Market, Mushrif Village, etc. Ithra Dubai LLC is renowned for its extraordinary vision of innovation. Their constructions are synonymous with awe-inspiring architecture and design.
On the other hand, Nikken Sekkei is the brainchild behind skyscraper architecture. The Japanese architecture and design organization is the epitome of consumer-driven and practical designs. Hence, their inclusion in this project is the cherry on top of the cake. The contemporary look of One Za’abeel is a gift from Niken Sekkei. Furthermore, it aims to improve the quality of life. Equally, the futuristic skyscraper is located near the most significant locations in Dubai. This includes Dubai’s International Financial Centre, the International Airport, and the Gold Souks of Deira.
The Contemporary Architecture of this Futuristic Skyscraper:
One Za’abeel stands for simplicity but has a complex story behind it. The complex consists of two towers- One Za’abeel Tower and One Za’abeel The Residences. The former is 300 meters tall, while the latter stands at 235 meters. The Link is a horizontal cantilever that strategically separates the towers. The Link floats 100 meters above the ground and has a length of almost 226 meters. Interestingly, the Link offers hundreds of amenities.
Speaking of elegance, Fiandre Architectural Surfaces offer unwavering surfaces. The firm has provided precise ceramic solutions to create one of the most iconic skyscrapers in the world. Firstly, the 68-floor One Za’abeel Tower is exclusively for work purposes and exclusive attics. A stunning One&Only Resort, One&Only Private Homes, and SIRO Hotel in the tower attract international clients. These spaces offer a sense of royalty and hospitality while creating a holistic experience.
On the other hand, One Za’abeel The Residences consists of 58 floors of 264 ultra-luxury apartments. Imagine yourself living in a room that greets you with unmissable amenities and scenic views.
