Makers Unite X Ben & Jerry to create a chic and sustainable style of recycled and organic materials. The Collection is called “Meet Me Half Way”. Designed by Syrian artist Yazan Maksoud. Ben & Jerry collaborated with Makers Unite to launch a collection of sweatshirts, t-shirts, and ice-cream bowls created by a team of artists and makers who arrived in Germany as refugees. The “Meet Me Halfway” collection was designed to do just that: spark conversation, encourage collaboration, and empower people from all locations and backgrounds to meet in the middle to find common ground.
Makers Unite Foster Creativity
Visual concepts and photography art direction for the launch of a new product collection created by the refugee organization Makers Unite for Ben & Jerry’s. The photo series plays with pairing products, expressing how the collection is all about connections between people while enhancing the products through their graphic patterns.

They are therefore proud to launch their new limited edition lifestyle collection with Makers Unite. This social enterprise brings together local creators and talented newcomers (people with a refugee or migration background) from the creative field to design and produce products. The first limited edition consists of handmade sweaters, T-shirts, and bowls in pastel colors through the online shop.
