From kicked-up iced tea to jalapeño-spiced limeade, our recipes will take you around globe. Note: You’ll want to plan ahead when making these drinks. Many require several hours for the flavors to infuse.
Red raspberries’ juicy, perfumey, sweet flavor peaks from late June through August and is just right for this summer cooler. You can spike the drink with an herbaceous, citrusy gin that’s distilled in small batches in Philadelphia, or omit the gin for a refreshing mocktail.
Fruit Tingle
Ingredients:
- Blue Curacao: 15ml
- Orange juice: 30 ml
- Lime juice: 15ml
- Sugar syrup: 15ml
- Top up with soda/ 7 Up
- Garnish: Orange slice
- Glass: Pilsner
Method:
- Fill a hurricane or hi-ball with ice
- Add Blue Curacao & lemonade then give it a light stir
- Pour orange juice on top-up with soda/ sprite
- Garnish with an orange slice or seasonal fruits and Maraschino cherry
Pineapple Cobbler
Ingredients:
- Pineapples chunks: 6 pic
- Strawberry syrup: 15 ml
- Pineapple juice: 30ml
- Sugar syrup: 15ml
- Top-up with soda and sprite
- Garnish: Pine apple slice
- Glass: Pilsner
Method:
- Fill a hurricane or hi-ball with crushed ice
- Add Pineapples chunks, Strawberry syrup, lime juice & sugar syrup
- All together mash and add crushed ice
- Add ounce Pineapple juice top-up with soda/7 Up
- Garnish with Pineapple slice
