Ingredients Needed:
A list of easily available materials are needed for the recipe. So let’s dive in:
● 3/4th cup flour
● 1/4th cup cocoa powder
● 1 cup buttermilk (in this, its mandatory to mix that the 3/4th cup is milk and 1/4th cup is curd)
● ½ teaspoon baking powder
● ¼ teaspoon baking soda
● ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
● 1/4th chocolate chips
● 65 grams yellow butter
Method:
The method to prepare these muffins is as effortless as its name.
● Before starting off with anything, preheat the oven at 180° C.
● Take cocoa powder, flour and baking soda and sift them together to remove any lumps. This helps in achieving the smooth texture.
● Add butter and sugar in a huge bowl. Beat them together until it turns soft and fluffy.
● Add vanilla essence to the mixture and beat it again for a smooth consistency.
● In this butter-sugar mixture, add 1 tablespoon of flour mixture and a small amount of buttermilk.
● Fold them together using a wooden spatula and add the remaining buttermilk and follow the same process. The muffin mixture is all set.
● Sprinkle chocolate chips to this mixture. Do not mix it.
● Transfer the mixture equally into the muffin cups, and fill them 3/4th.
● Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.
Voila! Your muffins are ready to serve!
The muffins can be further enhanced with cream frosting or any other decorative materials, and given a personal and admirable touch!
