Exclusive Capsule Collection inspired by the Indian peacock!
Celebrating the symbiosis between Art and Design, the Italian Luxury Lifestyle brand Visionnaire, unveils Pavone, a capsule collection designed by Los Angeles based Artist and Designer Marc Ange. When tasked with designing a capsule collection for Visionnaire, Marc Ange drew inspiration from his recent travels to India, where multiple encounters with peacocks galvanized research on the animal’s behavior and commitment to beauty.
Eleonore Cavalli, Artistic Director, Visionnaire says “This collaboration with Marc Ange presents the perfect opportunity to celebrate our anniversary, by showcasing a body of work that highlights the indispensable values Visionnaire is founded upon.”
The collection draws inspiration from the seductive romantic beauty of the peacock. A personification of the peacock, the pieces depict the animal’s resplendent beauty using Visionnaire’s bespoke fabrics and materials. The Pavone throne is crafted with 70’s vintage inspired camel leather, vibrant blue and green custom Visionnaire fabrics, and brass coated in regal bronze plating, to give life to an allegorical convergence of Art & Design. The Pavone Armchair series are presented as a fleet of five, an aesthetically conservative version of the solitaire throne. The armchairs share the brilliant fabrics seen in the throne, but with a more contemporary silhouette.

The Pavone Capusle Collection is an evocative narrative from Visionnaire can be noted as a third installment in a series of original initiatives in 2019-20, created to commemorate the illustrious brand’s anniversary. Visionnaire’s mother company IPE was founded 60 years ago, while Visionnaire, its exclusive brand, is celebrating its 15th birthday. The recognition of these milestones began with a Decalogo Art book and Anniversary collection, including a capsule collection of accessories, unveiled for the 58th edition of the Salone Internazionale del Mobile in Milan and the Fuorisalone 2019.
